My goal when I created Active & Aligned was to create an alternative to your typical 12-week challenge, and instead, provide a holistic approach to nutrition and functional movement. I've thought of all the ways I have been frustrated in the past: feeling overly restricted, trying to go to the gym 27 times per week, getting stuck in the all or nothing mindset, and experiencing complete overwhelm. In Active & Aligned I make sure you: + you have a fitness routine you actually enjoy, so you can stick with it. + a custom meal plan that supports your body, allows you to eat with the seasons, & prioritizes ease. + feel heard, seen and loved. As your coach, I meet you where you're at. + have accountability AND grace: we adjust as needed. Whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road - I will be part of your journey. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and to be your guide for all things health and wellness. That means you eat food that you actually enjoy and get fitness plans that are customized for what you love. Fitness saved my life (corny but 100% true). For me, it wasn't about "getting in shape" or having a certain body composition. It was my escape. It got me out of my head when I was stuck in the darkness. Nope! This is fully remote. I live in Colorado and you live where you live...but you can totally let me know if you're in town and we can grab matcha!

You have the option to continue on a monthly subscription or cancel after your 90 days. You'll lose access to coaching and programming if you chose to cancel.

Legally, I cannot guarantee results. But my client promise is that if you apply yourself to the program 100%, you will have the tools to, improve your mindset, have a better relationship with food, and have a deeper understanding of what works for you and your body.
